Nick helped us renovate a significant majority of our apartment and did a fantastic job. We initially engaged him to do the kitchen, but were impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail and so had him do the bathroom and bedroom wardrobes as well. Nick designed and custom-built every part in the bathroom, ensuring limited space was utilised to the maximum. We didn’t have clear plans for how we would plan and sequence the renovation (as we had not done this before) and Nick was extremely helpful in selecting and coordinating efforts of all required tradesmen (plumbing, electricity, plastering). It was a lengthy process but absolutely worth it, as in the end every part of the renovation was addressed with meticulous precision and attention to detail.

Nick Kapsalis is one of the best trade-persons I have ever come across. This is not just my opinion, but that of ever other person who has seen the work he has done in our house. It all started when he came to do the splash back in our new kitchen as a sub-contractor for the kitchen company. As a result of his work, we asked Nick to renovate our master bedroom. How do I describe Nick? Well, he takes extraordinary pride in his work, is extremely fussy and committed to “getting it right”, very hard working, a terrific guy and one of the most honest people I know.
